I keep getting this random notice pop up on my screen. What is it? How do I get rid of it?

Sorry I was trying to attach a photo of the message. The forum won't let me. Here is the message.

There is a problem connecting to the server "172.16.10.10"

The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connections, and then try again.

I have no idea what or who this server 172.16.10.10 is. It is not my wireless router or anything else I know of.

It seemed to have appeared after I filled out a acrobat form with adobe acrobat pro 10.
