Okay. Two questions: I'm still running 10.4.1.3 Tiger

Where can I find a legit and safe version of Safari Leopard to purchase and upload? Apple doesn't seem to carry it anymore am I SOL on getting it?

Do I lose anything in the transition?? I've been told I'll lose all of my settings in Garageband.
