How do I save onto a specific folder?

When I hit "Save As" it only open up a few folders and won't let me go into that folder further. I end up saving it to Desktop and then manually moving it into the proper file.

Click the button with the downward facing disclosure triangle (beside the filename) and then navigate to the Folder.
