Recovery System pops up when trying to connect to internet

When I try to connect to the internet using any browser, the window has a thing that say "firmware filename" and then a browse button and an upgrade button. I don't know why this happened, it hasn't before. Trying to type in a website will only redirect to this same window. All internet is down, including ichat. What should I do?
