I was wondering what everyones favourite widget was? I am new to Macs and just starting to get to grips with this very cool concept - though looking through the Mac website there are hundreds of them to choose from! I have only (rather un-adventurousley) installed BBC radio player so far.......

The Maki Widget is just one of my favourites - never managed to achieve it yet, got down to just two blocks though

I also like the Froggster Widget too!

Hi there,

my most 'used' widget is this one...

It comes with Fetch, and allows you to FTP files by dragging them from the desktop straight to the bone !

regards

My most used widget (other than weather widgets) is Screenshot Plus.

searay345, how do you take a screenshot of the widgets? They go away if I touch anything else and key commands don't work if they're up.

Cheers, from

Hey there,

Stick with the apple - shift - 3. How have you done screen shots in the past? You can also look in the keyboard shortcuts to see what apple shift x does. Best to you!

Searay

PS, where is the link for your widgets?

It worked! How'd you do that? What's the command called? Am I doing this the hard way?

Here are my favorite widgets.

It's simply the command to do a screen capture. There are two widgets that will do the same with more options: Capture and Screenshot Plus.
