Im lost in this forum. I would like to ask for help but I don't know where to post it.

I suspect, as I had the same problem initially, that you are viewing the site page, you need to click on the word "forum" at the top right of the page, and you will be TAKEN HERE.

Choose the category your problem comes under from that list, and then make your post
