Can anyone tell me if this looks normal?

It seems like my CPU is running really high, and my computer has started to act up -- programs closing randomly, battery life is poor etc.

Only if you haven't left your computer on over night, there is a lot of housework that can be waiting if you don't.

But... If you get this, I'd start by Quiting all the Apps and saving. Ensure you have ejected all the Disk Images. Log out and back in.

Then let syslogd finish it job.
