annoying grey window

on my girlfriends mac book pro there is a small grey window that i cannot seem to close. this window tells you what you have just clicked on or what is high lighted. please help me figure out how to close or at least hide it. any help is greatly appreciated

System Preferences > Speech > Speech Recognition > Speakable Items Off

it doesn't speak the actions it displays them on screen sorry should have specified

Thats not turning off speaking actions.

Did you ensure that setting was set to off?

Can you do a Screen Snap and post it? ( Command - Shift - 4 )

Click Go Advanced
Scroll Down to Manage Attachments

That's got nothing to do with Apple, you've install something call TeamViewer.

Start by System Preferences > Accounts (Lion = Users and Groups) > Select your account and the Login Items Tab,
Select the offender and Click the - button.
Log Out and Back In. ( - Menu)

If it isn't here then it installed itself deeper in your system, more work to do to find it.

no i installed that to use her computer. the problem is the big box "preview has new window". sorry
