I am on a PowerBook G4 - Ver: 10.4.11

HELP! How do I fix the below message I got verifying the disk through disk doctor?

Boot of your startup DVD and run Disk Utility and fix it.

But a G4 Hard Drive is on borrowed time, ensure you have current backup!!!

It's a newer/older 120 gig. replaced the original about a year ago.

I'll have to look for the original disks.

Yes, but the drive is reporting problems! regardless of age ensure you get a backup ASAP.

After getting the original disks and running the disk doctor, it appears the HD is done, sort of. Still can use the puter but need to get a new HD. Thanks for the help.
