Hey All

I am new to mac using and I recently started sharing a macbook pro with my roommate. We are both concerned with our privacy and are having trouble clearing the previously visited sites in Safari. I've cleared the history, cleared the cache and reset Safari but STILL previously visited sites are coming up when I begin to type into the address area, and I can see everywhere she has been on Craigslist by the purple text (ya know when you click on a link it changes color)

Is there anyway to clear all this out, and keep it from happening? its a bit infuriating.

Thanks!

Enable Safari Menu > Private Browsing...

The best option is to make a new Standard User Account for each person.
Or do your Browsing in the Guest Account.
