How do I lock my MB Pro?

I'd like to easily be able to lock my MB Pro when I go away from it for a few minutes and do not want to shut it down.

Do you know how to lock a MB Pro so that it cannot be accessed by others?

Lion: System Preferences > Security and Privacy
Enable Requires password <immediately> after sleep or screen saver begins
