Wireless internet breaking. Card dying?

Hello
2008 macbook pro

My wireless internet the past couple days has been breaking.

All of a sudden it simply stops working

To get it to work again I either have to restart my computer or turn airport on and off

Anyone able to help me diagnose the problem?
