Reregister software after complete reinstall?

Hi. First time poster. My system is buggy and many software titles won't launch now after I used a free program supposed to scan your hard drive and delete duplicate programs/files -big trouble I guess if you don't know what you're doing. Anyway, I want to do a complete reinstall of everything -wipe the whole thing clear and start over. Question: Will I have to re-register ALL my apple and 3rd party softwares if I do?

Thank you for any help or suggestions on how to make this an easier task!!

That depends on the Apps. If you clone your HardDrive and then Migrate back just your User Account many will not require re-registering. This is the easiest way.

If you don't and they are not App Store apps then yes they will all need registering, how could they not?

Adobe, make sure you unregister before starting and re-reg after completion. Horrible system.
