no sound only on you tube

I have sound on everything else but you tube. I took my laptop to Genius and they said that firefox and safari do not support flash for ppc. I seem to have
flash 9 for os x but when I try to reinstall, it goes to the last 4 install items and never resolves. any advice?

The PPC is finished, you are going to face this sort of problem more and more. Apps move forward and drop legacy support.

any advice?

Buy a new Laptop.
