Entourage for Mac Categories/Rules Issue

I want to set 2 Rules that will place two senders email into a Category marked Work. The Rules I have set up work fine, all the emails for these 2 individuals are marked with a Work Category however ALL my junk mail is also now categorized as Work. Please advise.
