i just bought an mp3 player for the gym..while trying to download the software

RCAEASYRIPINSTALLER2560.EXE i keep getting the message "cannot open file..it is not a movie file"..i guess it tries to open in it 'quicktime player'..

even when the download is complete the icon in the download box is a blank piece of paper..is there no way to open this..or download..or whatever!!

You are downloading the Windows software, the Mac doesn't run .exe.
You'll need to find the OS X version.

Many of the Non-iPods mp3 players make it insanely hard to use on the Mac. iPods just work.
