Can I back up iMac and iBook together?

I've converted to Macs so on a steep learning curve. I am using them for my own business so it's important to keep everything backed up with I am doing with Time Capsule. I've just recently added an iBook and wonder if when I do work on my iMac, invoices, accounts etc, is it possible to set up the iBook so it's updates automatically. Basically I want the iMac and iBook to mirror each other. Can this be done? Thanks.

The thing I see most is that people don't experiment and stop following their intuition this slows learning a lot. It takes about 3 months to make the transition, and remember drag and drop.

Not unless the software does it. iCloud could solve this on a per app level.
