send attachments to addresses in filename

Hi! I am a bit new to automator and would very much appreciate help with the task in front of me.

I have about a hundred JPG-files which are saved on the hard drive with e-mail addresses as file names.

What i want to use automator to do is create an e-mail with the file as an attachment and put the address from the filename in the "to"-field

I also want to get a bit more advanced than that. I want a template e-mail to be sent with the attachment, and some of the files have more than one address in the filename separated by the word "and".

Example of a filename: "(E-Mail Removed) and (E-Mail Removed)"
