iTunes & Autorate

Hopefully you guys can help me out here. I would like to get the program Autorate to run everytime I connect my iPhone to iTunes on my mac. Is this possible at all and if so how?

Make an AppleScript that Launches both iTunes and Autorate.

In System Preference > CD & DVD change When I Insert a music CD to run the script.

I think thats about as close as you'll get.
