Why can't I authorize my laptop?

Can you please provide a little more info on what version of iTunes you have and what you are trying to do exactly?

From your attached pic it seems that 1 computer is already Authorised ... do you know which one? Are you trying to watch a movie you bought from the iTunes Store?
