Mac Mail

Hi
I am very new to Mac, could anyone please help me

Is it possible to import my mailboxes and messages from Outlook for Mac into Mac Mail ? if so could you please tell me how to do it ?

I have been unable to find anything in help nor is there anything in Mac for Beginners or How to do Everything in Mac
