ios 4.3 update

Found it!, thanks anyway

Hey all,

I have just updated my iphone with ios 4.3

All good but i want to update my wife's aswell. Only issue is that hers is sync'd with her macbook so do I have to dl'd the update again (please god no) or can I transfer the file to her machine?
