Transferring photos from iPhoto11 to a second computer

I went through the roughly 4000 pictures that I have on my laptop and completed the 'faces' on iPhoto11. I would like to transfer them all to my wife's mac mini without having to label them all again. I have tried exporting a couple of pictures from my laptop and then importing to my wife's mac, but it looses the faces tags.

Any ideas.
