silverlight plug in failure

cant get netflix to start playing...... safari ... has always worked in the past. Mac os x version 10.6.6 3.06 GHz intel core 2 duo 4 GB 1076 MHz DDR3. when i push play..... immediate pop up....... plug in failure........please help i know nothing

Have you tried installing the current version of Silverlight?

I've just upgraded to Mac 10.6.8, now Netlig instant play won't start. Screen message is plug in failure. I've downloaded Silverlight & Netflix still wont work. Help!

In addition to downloading Silverlight, did you also install it? The Silverlight version should be 4.0.60531.0. For all the other plug-in failure messages, you might want to make it a point to make sure that your plug-ins are updated.
