To whom is viewing this.

I am very grateful if you may assist me in writing an automator flow, or at least an application/apple script that would do the following.
It would really help me be more efficient.

Automator flow 1:
I need to copy a highlighted field in numbers(numbers is already opened). Then open up safari, and go to mapquest. Then I need to click on directions, and paste the highlited field from the numbers app. The pasted field would need to go on the start part of mapquest, as it is my first location. Then automatically type in a constant address for the end section of mapquest.

That would be so helpful if you have any idea on how to go about this!

Thanks in advance.
