Acrobat distiller x

Hello. I've been using Macs for years, but have never installed Acrobat Pro myself before (Version X). So I installed everything that came with the disc, but when I go to generate a PS. File, it won't allow me to select the paper size (like in the picture attached). 'Page Setup' and 'Print' aren't selectable like they are here. Does anyone know how to install the driver for this—or had this problem? Yes, I've looked on the Adobe site for help. Still no good. Thanks very much.
