Hey guys, my Macbook pro is starting to struggle multitasking things that its never had problems with in the past. Only 3 or 4 tings, say safari, word, i cal, and another safari window.

Im new to mac's, so i dont know the simple things for macs like i used to do on my PC, like clear some hard drive space, look of viruses/spyware, defrag etc.

Any help would be great!

Puvo.

Hello,
Well, as far as speed is concerned, to name a few, you could max out the RAM if you haven't done so, clear off your desktop, disable unnecessary start up items, and run maintenance apps. As for Onyx, check out Onyx-Help on the menu bar. It explains all of its features quite well.
