No USB after i'd installed 'usbfamily402.4.1log

Hello I was wondering if someone could help, i have a g4 audio mac, with tiger 10.4.11 installed...i was recently having problems with a usb hard drive not being recognised so i downloaded and installed 'usbfamily402.4.1log' from the apple developer site and now i can't use any USB device so can't use my mouse!! please help if you can. Many thanks in advance. Jamie.
