I'm not totally computer savvy or what have you, but I know enough to know that this isn't right and it's doing my nut in.

Basically, and this has just started today, my monitor keeps going all blurry on me and every now and then, it kinda shakes (shifts about a little), goes in focus and then bam! Blurry again. At first I thought it was my abysmal eyesight telling me to put my glasses on, until I saw it all in focus one moment and then shake and go out of focus.

It gets worse by the minute.

Seriously, any ideas, anyone, please?
